Kaitlin graduated from William Jessup University with a Master’s In Counseling Psychology. Kaitlin is a children and adolescent therapist as well as a brainspotting therapist, specializing in issues of anxiety, depression, parent separation and trauma. Her goal is to come along side you and offer support and resources as you navigate through the challenges of life. With brainspotting She can help clients of all ages process through their trauma and issues that get in the way of them reaching their full potential.
Kaitlin believes that therapy is not a one size fits all, but rather the therapist should utilize different modalities to create a treatment plan best suited for each individual client. She utilizes different modalities, including but not limited to art therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, brainspotting, cbt and act interventions.
Kaitlin understands how difficult it can be to navigate through life’s ups and downs. In sessions, she wants to make sure that you are a good fit to work together as she helps you gain the tools needed to become your healthiest, happiest self.

Kara Walsh has a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary’s College of California. Kara feels called to work with teens and young adults by walking alongside them in a compassionate and nonjudgmental space as they navigate the tricky years of young adulthood. The social climate has changed as the years have gone by and being born into the digital age has changed our brain chemistry and altered the social climate. An aligned client for my practice includes families and individuals looking to thrive during this modern and confusing age. I am versed in navigating toxic online culture in the age of influencers, social media, bullying, delayed adulthood and well-informed on the tools needed to help you solve relational aggression and build healthy friendships with yourself and others.

I am a dedicated therapist with a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey to well-being. I am deeply committed to helping my clients build, maintain, and repair meaningful relationships with their loved ones. With over a decade of experience in law enforcement, I bring a unique perspective to providing effective therapy for first responders. I have the ability to listen to and understand sensitive content, aiding clients in navigating the specific challenges of their profession. My practice provides a safe, supportive environment that fosters exploration, healing, and growth.
As a brainspotting practitioner, I am motivated to relieve the impact of trauma as effectively as possible. My modalities include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My methods are tailored to meet each client's specific needs as no two are the same.
The therapeutic relationship between client and therapist must be founded on trust and safety to facilitate positive change. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they heal, and I do not take this responsibility lightly. While I offer a nurturing and gentle approach, I also provide the necessary challenges to promote growth and healing.

Alta earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CSU Sacramento in 2021 and continued her postgraduate education at National University, earning her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology in 2024. She recognizes deciding to seek out therapy for yourself or someone you love is a big step and would be honored to work with you on your journey. Growing up as a human on Earth can be an emotional experience. Whether you are a child now or looking to connect with your inner child, therapy can be a great place to find hope, healing, and happiness.
Through art, play, talk, or nature therapy she works to connect human-to-human with you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. Alta connects with children, teens, and young adults to process anxiety, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions. She is passionate about supporting young women and LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating the unique experience of growing up in the world today.
